FM 90 Contest Rules
FM 90/Asgard Computer Giveaway
No purchase is necessary. In signing up for this giveaway, contestants agree to all rules of the event. To win: individuals of any age must sign up at Asgard Computers in Bemidji. One may not enter their name into the box more than once for this contest. One new Acer notebook computer will be awarded to a person on October 3, 2007 at the drawing. On that day, a name will be drawn and that individual will have 10 minutes from the time their name is announced on FM 90 to come to Asgard Computers to claim their computer. If the individual fails to show up in this time, another name will be drawn and the clock will start over. FM 90, Asgard Computers, any of their employees or any other sponsors of the event shall not be held liable for any occurence leading up to or during the giveaway. In accepting the computer, the winner agrees that neither FM 90, Asgard Computers, nor any of their employees or other sponsors are responsible for any charges that may be incurred for repairs or accessories for the computer. The computer cannot be traded for a cash prize of equal value from any of the sponsors.
